Google Pagerank

One of most important criterias of UrlCompare is Google Pagerank. It is a value between 0 and 10, declaring how valuable a website is for Google. Being valuable for Google means being succesful in our days as competition of websites grow. All search engines have their own way to order sites by site value. Actually, what these algorithms do is deciding which website will be shown on top and how will they be ordered when a user makes a search of anything. Of course, non of them explain all how the algorithms work, but give some tips about being valuable.

For Google Pagerank, sometimes you can see it shorten as PR, the lowest value is 0 and highest value is 10. I should say that there is no website on earth has PR 10 value including Google.Com itself (It's PR is 9 so as Facebok). In order to gain higher PR you need to have a search engine friendly website and be careful about SEO. If you are still not sure what SEO is or need more information, you can check this link:

A website doesn't have to be very old to have a high PR. A new website can also have PR values like 4-5 with a succesful SEO work. However, there is not much information about Google PR in their own site. You can find this paragraph in documentations about PR algorithm:

"PageRank relies on the uniquely democratic nature of the web by using its vast link structure as an indicator of an individual page’s value. In essence, Google interprets a link from page A to page B as a vote, by page A, for page B. But, Google looks at considerably more than the sheer volume of votes, or links a page receives; for example, it also analyzes the page that casts the vote. Votes cast by pages that are themselves “important” weigh more heavily and help to make other pages “important.” Using these and other factors, Google provides its views on pages’ relative importance."
